certificaci\u00f3 ATEX per a l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 de sucre gla\u00e7.<br> Cabals fins a 30.000 kg\/h en funci\u00f3 de la granulometria final.<\/p><p><strong>Trenca-terrons<\/strong><br> Equips d&#8217;un eix o dos eixos per triturar productes endurits formant grans terrossos. Granulometria resultant entre 2 i 10 mm, segons la mida de malla. mesurament.<\/li><li>Els sistemes de pesatge es poden aplicar a una \u00e0mplia gamma de dip\u00f2sits i b\u00e0scules, amb diferents geometries i capacitats.<\/li><li>Sistemes higi\u00e8nics, en compliment de normatives.<\/li><li>Facilitat de neteja perqu\u00e8 no hi ha contacte amb els productes.<\/li><li>Major precisi\u00f3 en la dosificaci\u00f3, en estar mesurant la massa de producte directament, no s&#8217;han d&#8217;aplicar factors de correcci\u00f3.<\/li><li>Automatitzaci\u00f3 completa de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 mitjan\u00e7ant equips locals programables o sistemes de control centralitzats.<\/li><li>Alguns dels par\u00e0metres pels quals es pot seleccionar un equip s\u00f3n: muntatge horitzontal o vertical; disposar de diferents elements interns de mescla (cintes, de cargol, d&#8217;arada, etc.); capacitats de barreja, velocitat de barreja, etc.<\/li><li>Disseny dequips de diferents capacitats, materials i certificaci\u00f3
